In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’
(Acts 20:35)
Pray
You have shown us through Your word in this verse that it is more blessed to give than to receive. Help me to have a heart of generosity and compassion towards others. Open my eyes to the needs of those around me and give me the willingness to give of myself, my time, and my resources to help those in need. Show me how I can be a blessing to others and be a reflection of Your love and kindness in this world.
I pray that You would enable me to be a cheerful and selfless giver, just as You have so generously given to me. May I be quick to lend a helping hand and be a source of encouragement to those who are struggling. Thank You for the countless blessings You have bestowed upon me, and help me to use those blessings to bless others in return. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
