I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.
You are the loving and compassionate Father who rejoices over each lost soul that is found. Your heart is filled with joy when one sinner repents and turns back to You. Thank You for seeking out the lost and for celebrating their return. Help me to have the same heart of love and compassion for those who are far from You, and to always be willing to share Your love with those who need it most.

Señor,
Tu palabra en este versículo nos recuerda que en el cielo hay gozo por un solo pecador que se arrepiente. Te pido que me des la gracia de ser sensible a tu llamado de arrepentimiento y de confesar mis faltas. Ayúdame a vivir una vida que honre y agrade a Dios, sabiendo que en los cielos se celebra cuando un pecador se arrepiente.
Te pido que me des la fortaleza y la determinación para apartarme del pecado y buscar tu perdón. Que mi corazón se llene de alegría al saber que soy amado y perdonado por ti, y que pueda ser un ejemplo vivo de tu amor y gracia para aquellos que me rodean. Señor, ayúdame a vivir en una constante actitud de arrepentimiento y fe, sabiendo que tu amor y misericordia son infinitos.
En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
Os digo que así habrá más gozo en el cielo por un pecador que se arrepiente, que por noventa y nueve justos que no necesitan de arrepentimiento.
