It is like a man going on a journey, when he leaves home and puts his servants in charge, each with his work, and commands the doorkeeper to stay awake.
You are the one who stands watch over all of creation, knowing the perfect timing for all things. Just as the verse in this verse says, “Therefore keep watch because You do not know when the owner of the house will come back”, help me to always be watchful and prepared for Your coming. Give me the strength to remain faithful and steadfast in my faith, knowing that You are in control of all things and will come at the perfect time.
Guide me in my daily life to stay alert and vigilant, keeping Your word close to my heart and living a life that is pleasing to You. May I always be ready for Your return, keeping my faith strong and my heart devoted to You. Thank You for Your love and grace, and for the promise of Your return.

Tu palabra nos recuerda que solo Tú conoces el momento exacto de tu regreso, como el amo de casa que regresa y encuentra a sus sirvientes vigilantes. Ayúdanos a permanecer alerta y vigilantes, siempre preparados para tu venida. Que no nos dejemos llevar por las distracciones y preocupaciones de este mundo, sino que mantengamos nuestros ojos puestos en ti, esperando con expectación tu regreso glorioso.
Señor,
Tu promesa de volver nos llena de esperanza y nos motiva a vivir una vida santa y consagrada a ti. Ayúdanos a no desviarnos del camino, a no caer en la complacencia o en la indiferencia, sino a seguir firme en la fe, siendo testimonio de tu amor y gracia para aquellos que nos rodean. Que nuestra esperanza en tu pronto regreso sea el motor que impulse nuestras acciones y decisiones, viviendo con la certeza de que un día estaremos contigo para siempre.
