You have commanded us to show kindness and love to our enemies and those who may have wronged us. Help me to have a heart of compassion and empathy towards those who may have hurt me in the past. Grant me the strength and wisdom to choose forgiveness over bitterness, and to extend grace and mercy to those who may not deserve it.
You are the ultimate example of love and forgiveness, and I pray that You would work in my heart to show the same love and forgiveness to others. Help me to see them through Your eyes and to respond with kindness and understanding. Thank You for Your grace and patience with me, and I pray that I can extend the same grace and patience to those around me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
