Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
You have called us to look after orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. Please give me the strength and compassion to care for those in need, just as You have cared for me. Help me to constantly be aware of the struggles of the orphans and widows around me, and guide me in how I can be of service to them. Keep me grounded in Your love and truth so that I may not be led astray by the ways of the world.

Señor,
Tu palabra enseña que la religión pura y sin mancha delante de Dios el Padre es esta: visitar a los huérfanos y a las viudas en sus aflicciones, y guardarse sin mancha del mundo. Te pido que me des la sabiduría y el amor necesarios para poder ayudar a aquellos que más lo necesitan, especialmente a los huérfanos y las viudas. Ayúdame a mantenerme puro y sin mancha en este mundo que busca alejarnos de ti.
Te pido que me des la fuerza y la compasión para ser una luz en la vida de aquellos que están sufriendo. Que mi fe se manifieste a través de mis acciones y que pueda reflejar tu amor y tu gracia a los demás. Ayúdame a ser sensible a las necesidades de los que me rodean y a estar dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento.
Señor, que mi vida sea un testimonio vivo de tu amor y tu misericordia. Que mis acciones reflejen tu carácter y que pueda ser un instrumento en tus manos para llevar consuelo y esperanza a los que más lo necesitan. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
