Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
You have chosen to make my body Your temple, and I am grateful for this gift of life and for the opportunity to honor You through my thoughts, actions, and choices. Help me to remember that I am not my own, but that I belong to You, and that my body is a sacred vessel that should be used for Your glory. Guide me in making decisions that will benefit my physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, so that I may live a life that honors You.
Thank You for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for me. Help me to live a life that reflects the love and grace that I have received through him, and to honor You in all that I do. May my body, mind, and spirit be aligned with Your will, so that I may serve You and others with love and humility. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Señor,
Tu palabra nos recuerda que nuestro cuerpo es templo del Espíritu Santo, que has escogido habitar en nosotros. Ayúdame a ser consciente de esta verdad y a cuidar mi cuerpo con amor y respeto, no solo físicamente, sino también en mis pensamientos y en mis acciones. Permíteme tomar decisiones que honren tu presencia en mí, y me permitan glorificarte con mi vida.
Perdóname por las veces que he descuidado mi cuerpo, haciendo mal uso de él o permitiendo que mis acciones sean contrarias a tu voluntad. Concédele a tu Espíritu Santo el control absoluto sobre mi vida, para que pueda vivir en obediencia y en armonía con tu propósito para mí. Ayúdame a recordar que fui comprado a un alto precio, y a vivir cada día en gratitud por el sacrificio de Jesús en la cruz.
