You have called us to be vigilant and to stay awake, for we do not know the hour of Your return. Help me to always be alert and ready for Your coming. May I not become complacent or distracted by the things of this world, but instead may my focus be on seeking Your kingdom and doing Your will. Give me the strength and courage to live each day with the expectation of Your return, so that I may be found faithful when You come again.

Tu palabra nos advierte que venimos como ladrón en la noche, y que debemos estar siempre alerta y vestidos con nuestras buenas obras. Ayúdame a vivir cada día en santidad y preparado para tu venida. Que mi vida refleje tu amor y gracia, y que pueda ser encontrado fiel cuando regreses.

Te pido que me des discernimiento para entender los tiempos en los que vivimos, y que pueda ser luz en medio de la oscuridad. Ayúdame a estar atento a tus señales, y a no ser sorprendido por el día del juicio. Que mi corazón esté lleno de amor y esperanza en ti, y que pueda vivir en tu paz en medio de las tribulaciones.
