You have entrusted me with the knowledge and understanding of Your truth, as stated in this verse. I pray that You help me to guard this precious treasure and not be swayed by empty and deceitful philosophies that are contrary to Your word. Give me the wisdom and discernment to recognize and reject false teachings, and to hold fast to the sound doctrine that is found in Your holy Scriptures.
May my heart and mind be steadfast in Your truth, and may I always seek to live in a way that honors and glorifies You. Help me to be a faithful steward of the knowledge You have blessed me with, using it to bring others closer to You and to further Your kingdom here on earth. Thank You for the gift of Your truth, and please continue to guide and protect me as I navigate this world filled with competing ideologies and beliefs. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
