In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food!
You have called me to be a spiritual leader and to grow in my understanding of Your word, just as the verse in this verse reminds me. Help me not to be content with just milk, but to earnestly seek after the solid food of Your truth. Guide me in studying and applying Your teachings so that I may mature in my faith and be able to teach others as well. Give me the discipline and humility to continually learn, grow, and develop the spiritual discernment needed to recognize good from evil.
Help me to be diligent in my pursuit of knowledge and understanding of Your word, so that I may be equipped to lead others and to discern truth from falsehood. I pray for wisdom, insight, and understanding as I delve deeper into Your teachings. Thank You for Your patience and grace as I seek to grow in my knowledge and understanding of You, and may I glorify You in all that I do. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Tu palabra nos enseña que debemos ser maestros para otros, pero a veces nos damos cuenta de que nuestra propia fe necesita crecer. Ayúdanos a ser humildes y aprender de tu Palabra, para que podamos llegar a ser maduros en nuestra fe y capaces de enseñar a los demás. Danos la sabiduría y la disciplina para estudiar y comprender más profundamente tus enseñanzas.
Señor,
Tu Palabra es viva y poderosa, capaz de transformar nuestras vidas. Ayúdanos a dejar de depender de leche espiritual y a buscar un conocimiento más profundo de ti, para que podamos discernir entre el bien y el mal. Fortalécenos para que podamos fortalecer a otros en su fe, y así juntos podamos crecer hacia la madurez espiritual. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
Porque debiendo ser ya maestros, después de tanto tiempo, tenéis necesidad de que se os vuelva a enseñar cuáles son los primeros rudimentos de las palabras de Dios; y habéis llegado a ser tales que tenéis necesidad de leche, y no de alimento sólido.
