Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you.
You have placed leaders in my life to guide and shepherd me according to Your will. I pray that You would give them wisdom and discernment as they lead and make decisions on my behalf. Help me to honor and respect them, and to be a source of joy and not a burden. Give me a heart of humility and obedience, that I may follow their leadership with grace and submission. I trust that You have placed them in authority for my good, and I pray that You would help me to honor and submit to their authority, knowing that ultimately I am submitting to Your will.
Señor,
Tu palabra nos insta a obedecer y someternos a nuestros líderes espirituales, reconociendo su autoridad sobre nuestras vidas. Ayúdanos a honrar y respetar a aquellos que velan por nuestra alma, y a seguir sus consejos con humildad y obediencia. Permítenos ser sujetos dóciles y prudentes, dispuestos a colaborar en la edificación de tu Iglesia y en la extensión de tu Reino.
Te pedimos, Señor, que fortalezcas a nuestros líderes espirituales y les des sabiduría para guiar, discernimiento para tomar decisiones, y amor para cuidar y pastorear a tu pueblo. Que en su labor encuentren consuelo en ti, y que su servicio sea agradable y acepto delante de ti. Ayúdanos a ser buenos seguidores y a cooperar con ellos en la construcción de tu Iglesia, procurando vivir en armonía y en amor fraternal.
