May 25 – Morning

Read

Do not let the oppressed retreat in disgrace; may the poor and needy praise your name.

(Psalm 74:21)

Pray

Dear God,

You are my protector and my shield, and I come before You today seeking Your divine intervention. As the verse in this verse says, do not let the oppressed retreat in disgrace; may the poor and needy praise Your name. I ask for Your strength and guidance, so that those who are in need may find hope and comfort in You. Help me to be a vessel of Your love and compassion, so that I may bring light and relief to those who are suffering.

Please empower me with the wisdom and courage I need to stand up for those who are oppressed and marginalized. May Your justice prevail, and may Your love and mercy triumph over all difficulties and adversities. I trust in Your sovereignty, and I know that You are always working for the good of those who love You. Thank You for hearing my prayer, and I ask that You use me as an instrument of Your peace and grace in this world.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
