December 24 – Evening

Dear God,

You are the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit and fire, and I am in need of both in my life. I pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit, filling me up with Your power and presence. May Your fire ignite a passion within me for Your kingdom and Your will. Help me to live a life that reflects the fire of Your love and the power of Your Spirit.

I pray that You would fill me with boldness and courage to be a witness for You, sharing Your love and truth with those around me. Stir in my heart a burning desire to see others come to know You and experience the life-changing power of Your Spirit. Help me to live with urgency and purpose, knowing that time is short and the need for Your Spirit is great. Thank You for the promise of Your Holy Spirit and the fire of Your love.

Señor, Tu Palabra nos recuerda el poder purificador del bautismo con fuego y Espíritu Santo. Permíteme recibir este don con humildad y apertura de corazón, para que transformes mi vida y me fortalezcas en mi camino espiritual. Ayúdame a dejar atrás todo lo que me aleja de Ti y a abrazar tu gracia con renovado fervor. Que tu Espíritu Santo encienda en mí una pasión por vivir conforme a tu voluntad, llenando cada rincón de mi ser con tu amor y tu paz.

Concédeme la valentía para reconocer mis debilidades y entregarlas ante Ti en sincera contrición. Que este acto de arrepentimiento sea el comienzo de una renovación profunda en mi vida, permitiendo que tu Espíritu Santo moldee mi corazón conforme a tu voluntad. Que mi vida refleje tu gloria y tu gracia, llevando tu luz a todos los que me rodean. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.

Respondiendo Juan, les decía a todos: Yo a la verdad os bautizo en agua; pero viene uno más poderoso que yo, de quien no soy digno de desatar la correa de su calzado; él os bautizará en Espíritu Santo y fuego.
