December 18 – Evening

Dear God,

You are our heavenly Father, the one who is holy and deserving of all praise and worship. Your kingdom is what we long for here on earth, a place of righteousness and peace where Your will is done. Help us to live our lives in accordance with Your teachings, seeking first Your kingdom and Your righteousness in all that we do. Give us the strength and courage to trust in Your plans and to surrender our own desires to Your will.

We ask for Your grace and mercy as we strive to follow Your example and live a life that glorifies You. Forgive us when we fall short, and guide us in the path of righteousness. May Your kingdom come in our hearts and in the world around us, as we seek to love and serve others just as You have loved and served us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Señor,

Tu eres nuestro Padre celestial, santo y digno de alabanza. Que tu reino venga a nosotros y tu voluntad se cumpla en la tierra, así como en el cielo. Danos hoy nuestro pan de cada día, perdona nuestras ofensas, así como nosotros perdonamos a los que nos ofenden. No nos dejes caer en tentación, mas líbranos de todo mal.

Te pedimos, Señor, que nos guíes en todo momento y que podamos confiar en tu plan perfecto para nuestras vidas. Ayúdanos a perdonar a aquellos que nos han lastimado y a mantener nuestros ojos puestos en ti, para que podamos vivir en tu paz y amor. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.

Vosotros, pues, oraréis así: Padre nuestro que estás en los cielos, santificado sea tu nombre.
