You are my rock and my strength, and I come before You today with a heart full of burdens and worries. I confess that I have been carrying these burdens on my own, and I ask for Your help in casting them upon You. I trust in Your love and care for me, and I believe that You will sustain me in my time of need. Please help me to release these worries to You and to find peace in Your presence.
I surrender all of my anxieties and fears to You, knowing that You are greater than any problem I may face. I trust in Your unfailing love and Your ability to carry me through every trial. Thank You for being my shelter and my refuge, and for offering me rest in Your presence. I commit my concerns to You and choose to place my faith in Your perfect will for my life.
Tu palabra dice: “Echa tu carga sobre el Señor, y él te sustentará”. En este momento, vengo ante ti para depositar todas mis cargas, preocupaciones y temores a tus pies. Sabiendo que tú eres mi refugio seguro y mi fortaleza, confío en que me sostendrás y me darás la paz que tanto necesito. Permite que tu amor y tu gracia llenen mi corazón y que tu sabiduría guíe mis pasos en medio de las dificultades.
Señor, en medio de todas las luchas y aflicciones, te pido que me des la fortaleza para seguir adelante, la esperanza para creer en un futuro mejor y la fe para confiar en tu plan perfecto. Ayúdame a recordar que no estoy solo, sino que tú estás siempre conmigo, sosteniéndome y llevando mis cargas.
