You know the power of words and how they can either build up or tear down. Help me to be mindful of the words I speak and the impact they have on others. Give me the wisdom to speak with kindness and compassion, and to refrain from spreading gossip or stirring up conflict. Help me to be a peacemaker and to use my words to bring encouragement and edification to those around me.
Please guard my heart and guide my tongue, so that I may be a source of love and positivity in the lives of others. Help me to be a faithful steward of the gift of speech and to use it to glorify You and uplift those in need. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Señor,
Tu palabra nos enseña que donde no hay leña, el fuego se apaga, y donde no hay chismoso, se acaba la contienda. Te pido que me des la sabiduría para ser cuidadoso con mis palabras y no contribuir a la discordia a través del chisme. Ayúdame a ser un buen oyente y a no difundir rumores. Que mi boca sea edificante y que mis conversaciones reflejen tu amor y gracia.
Padre celestial, ayúdame a ser una persona sabia y prudente en mi manera de hablar y relacionarme con los demás. Que mis palabras sean palabras de bendición y aliento en lugar de provocar discordia y daño. Gracias por tu gracia que me capacita para vivir de acuerdo a tu voluntad. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
