January 30 – Evening

Dear God,

You are the Creator of all things, and in Your wisdom and love, You formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into him the breath of life. Thank You for the gift of life and for giving us the ability to live and thrive on this earth. Help us to always remember that we are created in Your image and to treat ourselves and others with the respect and dignity that reflects Your divine nature.

You have breathed Your life into us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to live and to fulfill the purposes for which You have created us. Help us to always seek Your guidance and to live our lives in a way that glorifies Your name. May we continuously seek to grow in Your likeness and to be a source of light and love in this world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Señor,
Tu creaste al hombre del polvo de la tierra y le diste aliento de vida. Te agradezco por la forma en que me has formado y por el don de la vida que me has dado. Te pido que me ayudes a recordar siempre que mi existencia proviene de Ti y que debo vivir de acuerdo con tu voluntad, honrándote en todo lo que hago.

Te pido que me des la humildad para reconocer mi dependencia de Ti en todo momento, y la fortaleza para seguir adelante confiando en tu provisión. Que mi vida refleje siempre la grandeza de tu amor y la belleza de tu creación. Guíame para que pueda cumplir con el propósito que tienes para mí, y permíteme ser un instrumento de tu paz y amor en el mundo. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.

Formó, pues, Jehová Dios al hombre del polvo de la tierra, y sopló en su nariz soplo de vida, y fue el hombre un ser viviente.
