Salt is good, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is of no use either for the soil or for the manure pile. It is thrown away. He who has ears to hear, let him hear.
You have warned us in this verse that salt is good, but if it loses its saltiness, it is no longer useful. I pray that You help me to always remain true to my faith and to not lose my saltiness. Guide me to always be a positive influence on those around me, and to never compromise my beliefs for the sake of fitting in with the world. Strengthen my faith and help me to shine Your light into the world.

Señor,
Tu palabra nos enseña que la sal es buena, pero si pierde su sabor, ¿con qué se le volverá a dar su sabor? Ayúdame a mantener mi fe fuerte y constante, para que mi testimonio y mi vida reflejen tu amor y poder. Permíteme ser una luz en este mundo oscuro, para que aquellos que me rodean puedan ver tu gracia en mí y sean atraídos hacia ti.
Ayúdame a ser consciente de mis actitudes y acciones, para que no me vuelva insípido y no pueda ser útil en tu obra. Fortaléceme con tu Espíritu Santo, para que pueda vivir de acuerdo con tus mandamientos y ser un instrumento fiel en tus manos. Que mi vida sea un testimonio vivo de tu amor y poder, para que pueda traer gloria y honra a tu nombre.
