When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” And from then on no one dared ask him any more questions.
You are the source of all wisdom and understanding. You know the depths of our hearts and the truth of our intentions. Help me to love You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love my neighbor as myself, as Your word commands in this verse. Open my eyes to see others as You see them, and empower me to show them the same grace and love that You have shown me. Help me to live out this commandment in every aspect of my life, being a light and a witness to Your love to those around me.
Señor,
Tu Palabra nos enseña a amarte con todo nuestro corazón, con toda nuestra alma, con toda nuestra mente y con todas nuestras fuerzas, y amar al prójimo como a nosotros mismos. Ayúdame a vivir según este mandamiento, a ser compasivo, amable y paciente con los que me rodean. Permíteme ver a todos con tus ojos de amor y comprender que cada persona es amada y valiosa a tus ojos. Fortalece mi fe para que pueda vivir de acuerdo a tu voluntad y manifestar tu amor en cada acción que realice.
Te pido, Señor, que me des la sabiduría y la fortaleza necesarias para amarte y amar a los demás de la manera que tú nos has enseñado. Ayúdame a ser un reflejo de tu amor y gracia en todas mis interacciones y decisiones diarias. Que mi vida y mis palabras puedan glorificar tu nombre y llevar consuelo y esperanza a aquellos que me rodean. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
Entonces Jesús, viendo que había respondido sabiamente, le dijo: No estás lejos del reino de Dios. Y ya ninguno osaba preguntarle.
